It’s time we stopped telling people that counting calories and going into a calorie deficit is a valid approach. It’s not! It’s misguided and it’s a flawed logic on many levels.

Whenever the calories to lose weight subject pops I would challenge you to think outside of the box – I don’t have all the answers, but that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t be asking some very good questions.
